1. Introduction

Welcome to the Goldgenie Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Affiliate partner (“Affiliate”, “you”) in the Programme operated by Goldgenie (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the Programme and promoting our luxury gold-plated products, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

• To become an Affiliate, you must complete our registration form and be approved by us.

• You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and maintain an up-to-date account.

• We reserve the right to reject or terminate your enrollment for any reason, including if your website or promotional channels do not meet our brand standards or quality guidelines.

3. Affiliate Links, Tracking & Commission

• Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code for tracking (“Affiliate Link”).

• Commissions are earned only for “Qualified Sales”—sales that comply with our terms (e.g., payment received, not refunded or cancelled).

• The current commission rate is 10% of the sale price for each Qualified Sale.

• Commissions will be paid monthly, once your balance meets any minimum payout threshold we set.

• We reserve the right to withhold commissions in the event of refunds, charge-backs, or fraudulent activity.

4. Promotion and Marketing Guidelines

• Affiliates must promote our products ethically, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including disclosure of affiliate relationship).

• You may use only our approved marketing materials (logos, banners, images) and must not alter them without prior written permission.

• You may not engage in the following prohibited activities:

  • Misleading or deceptive claims about our products.

  • Bid on our trademarks, brand names, or URL variations in search engine or paid advertising networks without our consent.

  • Use spam-based methods (unsolicited bulk emails, pop-ups, auto-redirects) to generate traffic.

  • “Frame” or “wrap” our website so that our pages appear within your site layout without clear attribution.

  • Any activity we deem harmful to the brand’s reputation, including promoting adult content, illegal products, hate speech, or discrimination.

5. Intellectual Property

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved materials strictly for the purposes of promoting our products through the Programme.

• All our trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, and design elements remain our property. You may not use them outside the scope of the Programme without our written permission.

6. Term and Termination

• These Terms take effect when you are accepted into the Programme and continue until terminated.

• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause, giving written notice or via email.

• Upon termination, you must:

  • Remove all links to our website and cease use of our trademarks and materials.

  • Stop using any marketing assets provided by us.

  • Forfeit any pending commissions if the termination is due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

7. Liability Limitation & Indemnification

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.

• Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the previous 12 months.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your promotional activities, or your content.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, update or change these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version publicly and notify you as appropriate.

• Your continued participation in the Programme after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Programme and remove all links and branding from your channels.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., England & Wales].

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Programme will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

• You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Miscellaneous

By participating in the Goldgenie Affiliate Programme, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service.
